Oshigata Paper?

Recommended Posts

So I reached out to Fred. I said hello and asked if the pressure sensitive paper was still to be had. He wrote back swiftly, recalled our friendship from years past, said he DOES have the paper, recommends it, and asked me to mention its availability to this community!,

Fred rules! Buy your stuff from him!

Just out of curiosity: does pressure sensitive paper really work for oshigata? I've never seen it used in Japan, and would imagine that a sword needs to have really rough ara-nie for any activities to show on the paper ... :dunno:
