Shipping In/out Of Mexico

Has anyone had experience shipping swords into or out of Mexico? We are considering a move to Toluca, Mexico and I'm trying to figure out the difficulty involved in shipping. One gentleman told me shipping to Mexico wasn't a problem but that customers had difficulty shipping swords out of the country to the US. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! :)
