Comes will old NBTHK Kicho papers who attribute it to "Fujieda Eigi", sent it out for new NTHK-NPO certification and the Kanteisho came back as "Shinkei Tanemitsu", he's Chujo-saku ranked. The blade is in good polish and absolutely stunning in terms of Hataraki. Strong Muneyaki and several instances of Tobiyaki. Kanteisho also dates it specifically to Bunkyu (1861-1864AD). Koshirae has some nice metalwork mixed in with some interesting lacquer. Email me if you have any more questions regarding specifics.
