Recommended Shirasaya Makers In Europe?

I wonder if anybody of you has used a European based Shirasaya maker who does top notch work? I have been getting most of my Shirasayas made in the USA so far but it would be nice to be able to use somebody within Europe, too.

thank you very much. Can you please send me the link to his website? I think I may have met him many years ago but I am not sure. A martial arts teacher named Girogio had been visiting me twice with his daughter to look at sword. he was from Modena. I think this may have been Giorgio Movilli but I am not certain.
