I would like proudly to announce the next Token Society of Ireland meeting, which will take place on 22nd January at Queen's University, Belfast. 

We will begin the new year with a presentation and discussion of the Gokaden, or Five Traditions of sword production (Yamashiro, Yamato, Bizen, Soshu, and Mino). This topic provides an ideal foundation for those seeking to establish an appreciation of nihonto.
