Forged Or Cast

Forged or cast. what is the tell if there is one?   Here are pictures of the tsuba in question. "Chance of it being forged" doesn't count as a "tell"

Defintely looks forged to me with a uniformly hammered surface.  The tsuba looks quite thin, I doubt if iron could be cast as thin as that.  See my addition to Sabiji’s post on ‘Hope For More Detailed Information’ for what I think can be seen in a cast tsuba

Here are a few more pictures which give a pretty accurate color but less detail of the surface "topography". There is not much to be seen where mei might be or have been.
