Dragons Tsuba

Silvio - you have played with the lighting, saturation etc of the original images. But now the images look artificial.

My suggestion is to post some natural-daylight- as well as halogen-light-illuminated images and also images of the rim and inside of the ana (holes). The workmanship is not of particularly high quality and could be Meiji repro work but there are experts here who can opine much more knowledgeably.

I wouldn't assume they are post 45/ fake. Maybe is the lighting, maybe it have been treated with something weird, or horrorous repatination, but the tsuba seems real. Low quality production piece( casted and hand finished?) but antique. If the pics don't deceive me you can see the small brass inlay in the dragon eyes. Fuchi and kashira are real antique as well, but also low end
