All,

I'm trying to find out if this sword is in John Slough's book.  I'd love to have a copy myself but it's proving difficult to find in Tokyo and it's inordinately expensive to ship from the States to a Japanese address.

I believe the tang says "Showa 16, July"  and "Munetsugu".

  Made in 1941.

Thanks much!

if you are asking if the nakago of that sword is shown in his book then no, it goes from Munetoshi to Nagamitsu. If you mean is a smith bu that name referenced in any index etc in the boo then i would have to look through the back for a munetsugu
