Koto Tanto Mei

Hello, 

 

I recently picked up this Tanto that looked very interesting to me.  It appears that it could be koto.  It's signed, but unfortunately, the mei is very hard to make out, and translation is not a strong point for me, even for a well cut mei.  I was hoping to benefit from some of the expertise on this board.  Since we have little to work with, I've included several photos including one that I've tried to clean up on Photoshop.

It looks like 忠光作 (Tadamitsu Saku) to me.

That actually looks like it could be right. I was considering saku for that last character, but was otherwise getting nowhere.

 

I'll start looking into that me.
