mareo1912
Yeah, got it there, my grandfather and I collected a lot of stuff together, living in the same house. He died May 6th after long renal illness and care from my side , so please excuse if I'm slightly offended by the comment.
Blagoy
My condolences for your grandfather. I don't want to offend you. But when you sell here it's good to be honest. If somebody like the sword he will buy it!
SAS
I don't see any attempt at dishonesty; this board has a higher standard than the typical internet forum, so please be respectful, Blagoy Kirilov. To the OP: my condolences on the passing of your grandfather, and good luck with the sale......looks like a very nice sword.
Brian
Passing away a month after purchasing this sword from Japan. Not even enough time to get it deregistered and shipped from Japan, so it must have arrived after he passed. How sad And since it must have been one of the last ones you 2 bought together and arrived after his passing, are you sure you won't regret selling it? You don't want to make a hasty decision like that..maybe the grief will catch up to you later.Wish I had a grandfather that enjoyed cruising eBay with me and buying Nihonto. If you do decide you really do want to sell it, you may want to revise your price down a little, considering it only fetched $841 last time you tried to sell it?https://auction.catawiki.com/kavels/11418037-long-wakizashi-2nd-generation-kanehiro-aki-kyoho-era-Japan-18th-century Good luck, and our sympathies.
