In case anybody's interested, I've been experimenting with making videos of swords/tosogu and have started putting some of the results on youtube:

be sure to set your options to 1080 - youtube compresses the snot of everything to begin with, and these look pretty fuzzy at some of the lower resolution settings....

HAHA,  This is the best heading on this site!  I was like. . . Tsuba Porn Videos???  Maybe they can be used as tassels?           Although, I would not recommend it!

I'm too busy to shoot very much of my own stuff (though I did get to do some quality time with the microscope this morning, but I digress), but in case anybody cares, I just put up another video of I piece I shot earlier  - this time of a head scratcher - I call them "drippers", as they have globs of bronze on the surface that appear to be "dripped" on and then abraded flat(ish)
