I am afraid your images are not clear enough to make a definitive judgement. However I thnk what you have higlighted is actvity within the hamon or broadenning of the nioiguchi rather than a broken hamon. It looks as thought the main nioiguchi runs continuously and what you have hoghlighted runs below. 

Clearer images would help a lot
