Hello,

What do you think about this wakizashi? Buy or pass?
The men who sell this blade have pawnshop in my town and he told me he have total 5 blades. He don't know anything about them. The only thing he told me is that he bought it from WWII veteran. I am looking for my first nihonto and the location and the price of this is in my budget

Waaay too expensive for what it is. Maybe check out the for sale section (or keep an eye on it), much much better deals pass there daily.

If you look at completed listings you will see that this blade was offered for sale several times without any bids. That should tell you that it is too expensive.

Yes i saw completed listings and the other blades that he sell. Actually the price he want in the pawnshop is about 1300 $. But it's never hurts when i ask someone who know more than me.
