Hira-zukuri and nakago remains Ubu Signed Kunitsugu, love the Kuni Kanji on this one. Hozon states Sudu which is from Kii, today Wakayama, don't see so much of these. Either 1st or 2nd gen smith roughly early to mid 1500's. Nagasa measures 45.5cm / 18 inches. A mixture of Masame hada mixed with itame, gunome midare hamon what is nice and strong. The koshirae is something quite nice in my opinion, beautifully designed saya and stunning rayskin on the tsuka, the butterfly menuki are of good quality along with the gold inlayed iron tsuba. Hozon and shirasaya are brand new. Price for members is $4k plus shipping or any transaction fees. Donation will be gladly honored if sold here.
