Marius Posted July 1, 2015 Report Share Posted July 1, 2015 This is a nice ko-kinko kozuka. Made of yamagane, it shows excellent colour and patina. The motif is of cattle and there used to be nanako on the plate, which is now so worn, it is hardly visible. There ls also delicate carving of flowers. Simple, old and delightful, a real ko-kinko as would have been used in the Momoyama period by a samurai of middle rank. $150 plus shipping (typically ~$15), PayPal extra.
