Generally, a Gendai sword is too heavy.This sword is reported by high ranking tameshigiri person as a very cut well sword.The blade was polished. It also comes with an oshigata.Habaki: Copper single habaki.Blade length : 71.0 cm or 27.95 inches.Sori : 1.8 cm or 0.7 inches.Mekugi:1Width at the hamachi : 3.15 cm or 1.24 inches.Width at the Kissaki : 2.32 cm or 0.91 inches.Kasane : 0.59 cm or 0.23 inches.Era : Gendai period. This sword has no Magari(bending), Nejire(twisting) nor Hakobore(cracks) since the previous owner really took care of it. There are no scratch marks on the surface.
