Theme looks like Dragon and clouds, but not sure. The whole item is in bad shape, but to the right person, this may be worth something. The Shakudo eyelets (I forget the correct term) could certainly be reused. If you could restore/ use this item, then please PM me and I will send it to you for just the cost of the postage. Barrie.
