The NBTHK is lagging behind since the number of items put before the Shinsa is steadily increasing. The results for the January Shinsa were out in April, and the papers sent last week - that's more than 5 months!

Then I would assume the results should be out within the next few weeks and the papers somtime in September. It sounds like they need to limit the slots available per shinsa but then who am I to question the powers that be? LOL I think it's a bit like expecting a baby -- they never come when they're supposed to either.
