It is hard to make out since i took the pictures on some gray flannel cloth, but yes it does have a hamachi. It measures a little more then a 16th of an inch.
Also there seems to be two spots where it looks like shingane is poking through.
Does anyone think it is worth taking/sending this blade in to shinsa? |

Looks like a boshi that used to be jizo, but since a part of the kissaki has been shaved off from the mune (as it happens to naginata when they get converted into a waki) it is now yakizume.
